Not necessarily. Ron & Dave’s is a walk-in-friendly tattoo shop, and we welcome clients who want to stop by. Availability depends on the artist and the day, so if you have a specific artist or project in mind, contacting them ahead of time is the best way to plan.

Each artist manages their own appointments. You can contact the artist directly through their preferred method, or use their CoCreate booking page once it is available.

Absolutely. Our artists work with clients on custom tattoos as well as a wide range of styles and designs. Check out the Artists page and our Instagram to find the artist whose work best matches what you're looking for.

Our artists work across a wide range of styles, including traditional, Japanese, black & grey, color, fine line, lettering, illustrative, and more.Every artist has their own specialties and approach, so we recommend looking through the Artists page and Instagram Highlights to find the right fit for your tattoo.

Yes. If you have a specific image, drawing, reference, or idea, bring it with you or share it with your artist when discussing your tattoo.

Yes. Reference images can be helpful when communicating what you like. Your artist can use those references to create a tattoo that works for your body and their artistic approach.

Tattoo pricing varies depending on the artist, size, placement, detail, and time required. Your artist will discuss pricing with you when you plan your tattoo. Please provide your budget so the artist can tailor a design for your needs and within your budget.

Yes! Walk-ins are welcome when an artist has availability. For larger or more involved projects, we recommend contacting an artist ahead of time.

How old do I have to be to get a tattoo?

In New York State, you must be 18 or older to get a tattoo. Valid identification is required.

What should I bring to my tattoo appointment?

Bring valid identification, your reference images or design ideas, and anything else your artist has requested. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed.Also please eat something before your appointment and drink plenty of water to hydrate a day prior.
